The former CEO of NorthX Biologics has been appointed CEO and Partner of Haeger & Carlsson (H&C).

The company’s mission is to become the leading player in executive search and interim life science in the Nordics and Helena Strigård will lead this expansion, the company states.

“With the recruitment of Helena Strigård as the new CEO, we are taking the next step in our ambition to be the leading company in executive search and interim solutions within life science in the Nordics. Helena’s broad background, which extends from the Government Office to various roles in the industry, will come in handy to develop our growing organization and our services for the benefit of clients and candidates,” says Rolf Carlsson, chairman of the board.

Strigård takes over as CEO on November 1st, but is already joining the company as a Partner.

“I couldn’t say no to this opportunity to own and run a business where I can benefit from my strong Nordic and international network. Life as an entrepreneur has attracted me for a long time and it feels good to be able to take that journey with H&C, because we share both ambitions for our growth journey and philosophy around leadership,” says Helena Strigård.
